For stipulated reasons the Judge denied Eade's request to appear telephonically on June 27. Most notably was the Judge's exposure of Eade's false statement that he had never before appeared telephonically when in fact Eade has appeared telephonically 3 times, per the Judge "See Dkt. 49, 64 & 68".

Eade made a colossal misrepresentation to the Court, ie., he lied, which supports Investorshub's contentions that Eade has lied on numerous occasions. Now Investorshub has the incontrovertible evidence of one significant lie to the Court which extends circumstantial credence to all of Investorshub's contentions of Eade's manufactured stories being lies.

Should Eade actually appear on June 27,2016 it is reasonable to expect the Judge will rule Eade in Contempt of (a) Court Order(s). And the Court should likely address Eade's deliberate misrepresentation to the Court.

If Eade does not appear there should be an additional Contempt of Court disposition, hopefully with a warrant for his arrest.

We wait with bated breath for the outcomes on June 27,2016. Then Eade can wait with baited breath for the Court's disposition.
