Good evening folks...

Well, I made it back from the Big Apple in one piece. I just spent the past couple of hours putting together the Shareholder's Q&A document from my notes and sent it off to Dr. Billy Wang for him to check for accuracy.

As I mentioned previously, the meeting lasted over 4 hours... which was spent mostly on going through a slide presentation by Dr. Billy Wang and Dr. Yungeng Hu on Hartcourt's business plan. I will provide some main points on their plan tomorrow, as I am beat from the trip and have to get up early for work...

I will say that the meeting was excellent... Because it was a small group (3 shareholders plus a wife and friend), the round table discussion was quite candid and unscripted. I was very impressed by Dr. Wang and Dr. Wu. These guys truly believe in their business plan... they have so much faith in the company's new direction that they haven't received any pay/complensation in 3 months. That's what I call commitment.

The main shareholder point/complaint that we impressed upon them was Hartcourt's lack of communication... Dr. Wang assured us that communication would be much improved. He also expressed great interest in hearing shareholder's ideas and suggestions.
