There is literally no downside to an exchange listing for legitimate shareholders in a company with legitimate prospects.
The issue most have debated is whether or not to r/s in order to uplist. I'm in the camp of not wanting an r/s.

I'm not a participant, but it's my understanding that options can be used to "protect" or hedge both long and short positions. In any event I'm quite sure that the case for not listing on an exchange because it might result in options trading can't be reasonably made. It's a market and it can result in gains or losses for people who expect the value of a company's shares to go up or down. Don't be fooled. There is literally no downside to an exchange listing for legitimate shareholders in a company with legitimate prospects.
Provoking thought isn't such a horrible thing for a person to do after all, is it? :o)
