I personally think most people know the merger is done, they are just waiting to see the 10k to see if it is going to live up to the Hype. Its all in the 10k. Having said this, even if the 10k underperforms, it would have to be pretty pathetic to not even justify a $1 PPS, therefore I feel the risk in this is minimum.
