Yes, we have it. What I was thinking is that we'll get the confirmation that it's a done deal with an announcement of the halt and conversion. At this point, alot of people doubt the merger is or will be finalized even though the 8K has been filed. Once the conversion is done the 10K will come out to support PPS.
