The reverse merger and reverse split was in the filings back when JF was still alive. Do you have verified SEC documentation that it won't still take place ? Cause both SEC and Finra rules say until such docs are filed with them the R/S and reverse merger can take place at any time, without further notice.

The CEO of a company doesn't moonlight with a competitor unless he wants fired or it's not a competitor. That's what we need to find out.
