I haven't had time to check it out yet because I have been feeling sick all day. Is the other company a publicly traded company, perhaps they could also benefit from NXGA by doing the merger or RM in order to go public and save a ton of cash. That's a plus benefit for both parties. That could make us instant millionaires.
