Looks like a pretty small player. Total market cap C$7million AFTER jumping 128% today on the announcement of the Gulf deals. New mgmt team appointed 6/6/16 so maybe the new team has brought money. Their last posted financials as of 9/30/15 didn't show enough cash to make the $200K payment much less all the other obligations noted in the PR. Maybe new mgmt invested cash when they came in?
