I'll tell you how I know. The latest company consolidated asset report showed an excess of over $4.5 billion dollars though that includes the assets of no longer eligible subsidiaries. When removing those assets there is a difference of over $2 billion dollars worth of assets left. Assets which the debtors claim no longer exist but have yet to prove, which is why an equity committee is needed. This is all on paper. Spew your BS on someone else, it won't work on me kiddo, I've done my homework. The trolls are working overtime again I see. Judging by how often they spam this forum, there is heavy interest :)
