I've been having similar problems lately, usually around 10 PM or so. Some windows work normally, some hardly open at all.

I've cleared cache, unplugged cable modem for 5 minutes, etc....nothing helps. It'll last for 10 - 15 minutes to maybe an hour.

Last night I rebooted, and it worked just fine after that.

I've been blaming it on Comcast.
