It seems it leaks the worst if I just start it up and pull it in or out of the shop and turn it off.

Yes, I find drops/small puddles maybe every 3rd or 4th time it's ran. It's gradually gotten worse. Used to be maybe once every other month or more. I had just figured it was some overflow or something. Just drove it home from the dealership and it hasn't leaked a drop since I parked it. Last week it leaked once about a half a pint which made me decide to take it in.

Never heard of a "quick disconnect" myself. He says it's on the hose that goes into the manifold and it should be replaced at the same time. I don't know, maybe it's a new name for "clamp" lol!

Get this...... I took it in for it's 60,000 mile service about a month or so ago. The service engine light happened to come on just before I took it in. They said it appeared I didn't click the gas cap at least 3 times. Huh? That's never happened before in the past 7 years.

Well, the service engine light came back on and now they say it's 2 faulty codes that have to do with the co2 sensors..... Mo-Money!

They had also serviced the transmission. Which I also found a few drops of what I thought was tranny fluid while checking for coolant on the shop floor. They claim it's not the tranny, it's my transfer case now leaking..... Mo-Money!

New total estimate........ $1,850.00 plus tax!

WTF! I take it in for it's regular maintenance and the damn thing starts falling apart within 500 miles of the service.

I've been screwed so many times by so called "professionals" that I've become extremely paranoid/leery of these crooks. I can't pick an honest "professional" worth crap! lol! Professional thieves is what they are.

I've got a couple other sources I can check out too.

Your thoughts/knowledge/opinions are much appreciated. Thank you!
