Where are the big investors that will replace Dominion?

Then there are all the insiders with insider transaction transgressions in their past, right?

But the killer is the big operational drag NV is right now.

There is a reason the dispensaries are all running behind schedule, after already being pushed back....cash from dilution is finite and hurting the stock, and the positive cash flow from the dispensaries is a long way off, rec or no rec.

No rec would be a colossal disaster for TRTC. Very leveraged to NV
