Sorry folks! This insider trading BS is just that! None of the officers sold nearly enough of their holdings to warrant any sort of SEC investigation... not gonna happen! ALL of their sales can be EASILY justified, just as most officers who are given stock as TRTC's were, will sell periodically for personal income as needed.

If, however, most of TRTC's officers sold a MAJORITY of their stock in the weeks before the Q1 report, that would be a different story... DID NOT HAPPEN!! STOP ALREADY!

Again, most of you have NOT spoken with DP personally as I have, and most of you did not have eyes in BLUMLV at the Grand Opening as I did... this is NO SCAM. This is a growing MJ company, doing EXACTLY what they should be doing at this stage.... GROW, ACQUIRE, EXPAND!! They are doing exactly what DP promised and via the only method currently available... using the stock as capital. Yes, a change in MJ from Schedule 1 will help the situation with financing, but for those of you either claiming this company is a scam, OR WORSE, those of you who have fallen for all the BS here... sad, sad indeed!
