Do you have any idea what you're talking about? A forward-split means that shares are increased proportionally to the company's desire. The stock price would then decrease proportionally as well.

Forward split example:

A company has a share price of $100 and a share count of 1B outstanding shares. A forward split of let's say 10-1 means that shareholders who owned 1,000 shares before will now own 10,000 shares and the stock price will go from $100 to $10 and the share count will increase from 1B to 10B.

Why in gods name would SFOR, heck any OTC stock do a forward split. Christ, and we have people with no knowledge trading these stocks? Please get the book "STOCKS 101 for dummies"
