huh? what are you talking about? this isn't about being "happy" or "sad" - it is about being a oonscientious, critically-minded shareholder. idng needs those kinds of shareholders. klug doesnt need cheerleading sheep, he needs bosses who hold his feet to the fire, to keep him honest and on task. To increase shareholder value. Job 1.

sort of like citizens with government. the government should serve the people, but if the people become weak-minded sheep, corruption & oppression ensue.

simple stuff.
