Actually I understand very well. The fins being issued are not contingent on the existing CFO signing then nor he compelled to do so. Complete nonsense. A new CFO could step in tomorrow and with ample time to vet through the issues, he could sign off on them. See it before!!!

I'm not saying current CFO does or doesn't sign them.
