He has some kind of hard documentation of a deal that he has been able to convince judges to give him a pass on his house. It may be a letter of intent or a contract with lots of legalese and loopholes. He was able to convince a billionaire that he had a deal and in October of 2014 this scheme to use world of beer to shift his debt to wob was hatched. He has put none of his money in it and the billionaire has put very little in it. Tarpon Pool and Alpha have paid for everything.
I was not trying to drag the price down. I don't own any hvcw but I have friends that do and I wouldn't do anything to harm their shares. I just don't like people coming on here and promising that the "owner" is going to foot the bill so don't worry. In my opinion the "owner" is a scam artist, a bum, and a lying thief who should have gone to jail a long time ago.
There has to be a deal and it will happen before 7/11. The deal may suck. Like he coould sell the attd side for chump change and spin off the wob side after r/s.
