I have the luxury of plenty of monitors in my face. I watch every single print this thing makes. I am watching the market makers playing the spread, then watch them paint the tape (example .06 but only on 100 shares) and then watch them accumulate large fills (example; 50k, 50k, 50k, 58k all at .045 from 11:03 - 11:07 today) despite the fact that I have a .046 bid in.
I also further believe that some shares are being used in leiu of cash. Then they are being dumped on us. I truly have no problem with this as long as they are used right. Hence; aquisitions and such.
In 7-14 days things should be interesting. The deal needs to close though. For now, our rule needs to be; NOT to buy the rumor, but buy the FACT. Unless you get real good fills like I always TRY to do.
