I am not sure of the timing. It may be that the closing of the contract itself ...i.e., all of the preliminaries, i.e., the Letters of Intent, the pilot at the Duma, negotiations various signings, prior to what would officially be considered a "binding contract" had already taken place..in fact, read the original PR...it stated that this work had been in progress for months along with a pilot at the Duma.

I am not sure of the dates iof all of the various signings of nondisclousures, contract relating to the pilot, already completed by then by Uli's team, etc..., etc....are you?

I am just saying...I just do not have all the facts...you may be right...and you may not be.
