It's funny how people can tangle the busted Vivant transaction to this company's problems. Walking away was the best thing they did albeit should have been much sooner. They figured out they were being acquired by a bankrupt company. Yeah, give vivant shareholders worthless stock... Busting this was best option...
The kicker here is the banks walking away. They are privy to everything and their position to scratch financing speaks volumes...
What people also don't get is sune overpaid for almost all its acquisitions and the intangibles are worth much less to nothing in some cases... In addition, sune was so aggressive in their contract bidding they gave too much away. No one will pay premiums for these mistakes.
It's true it too soon to say the shares will be canceled although the likely result. However, when the secured debt holders, dip financiers, and any preferred share holders get the due, there won't be much left if anything.
Keep adding that goodwill to your valuation models folks getting to 3 bucks a share. That bubble will be burst sune enough.
