Anyone can bring up GAAP,
But only some know how to decipher it on financials...

Whereas no real financials have been released since Sept of 2015, so to theorize that one knows what the GAAP is currently has little understanding of the value of GAAP in terms to Sunedison now...

Until Sunedison actually releases current info on financials, everyone under the sun is in the dark...lmao

But to better understand the direction that GAAP is, one just needs to look at current 8 k's, as well as current pr's released by other companies pertaining to assett sales...

GAAP in reality is positive now...sorry...
Obviously someone who knows how to read 8 k's adequately among other forms know this...
That is why some are having such a hard time with the negative articles....;ie ( BARRON'S ) 29 April 2016....

Whereas some like you so knowledgeable on GAAP can't even bring up the argument of your statement...
