HSVW's parent company is a billion dollar company as i said before and even though the numbers from post #3570 seem outrageous they have the money and government need to achieve it. AS shown in multiple articles and trip to western china that China itself needs this badly along with most of the world. If they get a couple units up and running and they work to China's governments satisfaction they could be ordering thousands of units per year alone.
