Just understand that he is not a holder of anything. It is all about % and odds.
Also realize he gets a benefit from the group that you will not as he only announces after entry and experiences a bump when he buys. You also will only know after his sell and the exit can be crowded.
Have your own plan and work it whether his play, someone elses or your own.
