it's all about the negotiation when you have the "prize" in your legal possession. if he gets out-negotiated then we get screwed. that not only goes for selling the business but all the collaberations, warrant issues, etc. its won and lost in the negotiation sessions. IMO. i just hope we all win. i want to retire. GLTA
