Why are there no penalties for late financials for SEC-reporting companies? At least three of the scammy companies I am following (DDCC, USPR, and TALK) are late or very late with quarterlies or annuals. I realize this is very common, but why does the SEC allow such a long leash when it comes to supposedly fully reporting companies......??

How late does it need to be before action is taken?
