ES1 excellent post, but here is what you are missing, common shareholders are at the very bottom of the list to receive any value following a BK, doesn't matter if it is a Chapter 11 or Chapter 7, the commons 99.9% of the time get screwed, this is not a myth but without a doubt a FACT.

Trust me, unless Sunedision themselves say that common's will be spared, you can bet the house they will be wiped out.

Before today's news, the post on here saying there will be no BK vs post saying BK is coming were 10 to 1

Now that the company has filed for BK, you still have people on here claiming they are gonna LOAD the boat when trading resumes and that the shares still have value.

More than likely Sunedision will go private after it re-emerges

Commons have lost this battle, and if I am wrong I will be completely SHOCKED
