well, isn't that nice?

1) nice for the people who can still buy at cheap prices despite all the milestones/hurdles it has passed,

2) nice because priced for rejection means when it is subsequently approved, you get a monstrous move upwards, and you minimize the sell on news people since all those weakhands have been selling into the fear.

3) nice because priced for rejection means we are paying no premium, perhaps enjoying a discount to its true value thereby making our 'moat' very good.
so that in case there is an unexpected rejection from FDA, we won't fall as hard, perhaps 10-20% max and then we go up on the merit of those generic drugs earning for ELTP ;)

in short, this is a no-lose stock.
