It's either priced in or investors expect another delay or outright rejection...otherwise the pps would've held around 0.40...everybody knows this company's history of over-promising & under-delivering. NOBODY on this site can honestly say what's up. All CEO's and BOD's don't give a damn about shareholders, but for some reason you expect this group is different. I hope you're correct...but still Couch, NEVER EVER FALL IN LOVE WITH A STOCK!!!!
