So long as the CEO isn't divulging what the filings or updates will entail, it's nowhere near insider information to stare they intend to have filings posted for shareholders. I would question though throwing out a date for something that really is out of his control. But to say insider information, child please. But by all means, please keep with the fear mongering. You're helping me load on the bid side.
