Phone calls and no PR's...LOL


Now the new date is 1.5 weeks from now on april 20th.

I'm not an SEC official by any means...but a CEO giving out information to investors via cell phone smells a little fishy.

Kinda like insider trading. I'm sure someone in here smarter than me will post a link as the Legal definition of insider trading and CEO communication with shareholders and the type of information he can or can't provide.


I'm glad I'm not a newb anymore cause I would be sucked in...hook line sinker...dinner plate ;)
