That is an area which needs to be addressed, But not uncommon for a fast growing NEW company, Some companys like Blockbuster also has Negative Rating on the BBB and they have been around for sometime....its the Nature of the Beast in this business...a certain percentage of customers will Receive bad service for whatever reason and be discgruntled because of it.....Does it mean they are a BAD company? Nope...My Family has had the Service for approximately a year and NO complaints.....will we get a bad dvd at some point? Probably......
And im sure a certain Percentage of Blockbuster customers and Netflix customers will also experience unsatisfactory service and those customers will be lost....its called CHURN due to poor service...its GONNA happen unfortunately....still needs to be brought to the attention of GZFX managemant so they can make improvemants going FWD....but it is by no means Doom and Gloom for the company.....many more satisfied customers than not IMO...
