Not even Labor Smart disputes that we are the rightful owner of the Note. Ostensibly, Labor Smart argues that we have not filled out an accredited investor questionnaire and, therefore, they can't issue us the shares. But watch Ryan Schadel's periscope from Monday. Even he basically acknowledges that we are the rightful owner.
