The Annual Report carries the full title of Thomas J. Meaney, President, Chief Financial Officer, and Director (Principal Executive Officer, Principal Financial and
Accounting Officer. Pretty heady stuff and is our basic problem.
The silence accompanying the Annual Report is unusual.
Expecting news about changes in Preferred Shares.
