But as you say there are many competitors in the HIV anti viral space that would love to buy out CYDY and spend millions to try to make it the SOC. As your DD has shown other than the many side effects of the pill regimen non compliance from patients is a major reason why VL is so high in these patients prescribed these regimines. Many HIV patients also suffer from comorbility. Type 2 diabetes being a common ailment among many former IV drug users and homeless population. The one thing I have learned from that patient population is that although they may not take their oral meds, if insulin dependent, they usually take their insulin like clockwork. The SQ route of PRO 140 woukd be ideal for most patients with HIV. I see a BO if things go well with the trial but I also can see the BP company who buys the rights to this treatment breaking their hump to take out the competition and grab most of the market share.
