Maybe I'm jaded by my ownership of certain NPE patent companies, but it sounds to me like Cynapsus was (perhaps inadvertently) using patented thin film technology that belonged to MonoSol.
At least a license has been acquired to use oral thin film specifically with apomorphine for Parkinson's, but I would have been happier if the license had been universal for use with any drug and for any indication.
