You do realize he's not quoted as having said "...be foolish when others are foolish..."
I love how when companies are beaten down or are in trouble WAY BEYOND where Buffet would consider value, people start quoting him like he was talking about their dying stock. If SUNE goes into BK which seems to be a foregone conclusion, the value is in either the assets being liquidated to pay the creditors (not common shareholders) or to re-structure and emerge as a leaner entity and then possibly be bought. In either process the common shareholders lose. This may trade on swings for some money for a bit, but this is a losing proposition IMO as a hold and see what happens.
