I agree with you on all points.

Now, what is the liability if a shareholder bought $1000 at $0.0002 and sells it at $0.0001 on Tuesday if the 10K is not published as promised in the filing? The shareholder takes a $500 loss, then on April 14, the 10K comes out and the stock moves to $0.001 missing out on the opportunity based on misinformation by the issuer?
