INCC Shareholders getting shares in Saint James Remedies - Saint James Remedies Soon to be a Public Company
SJR filing to go public

Saint James Remedies up until Feb 2016 was Life Holding Inc.

INCC Press release on Dec 8th 2015 -

LIFE, is not currently a publicly traded company, but plans to file an S-1 to register its common shares
immediately following the closing.

All shareholders of record on March 31st, 2016 are entitled their pro rata share of SJR shares.
These shares are being held in trust by INCC for distribution to INCC shareholders of record once SJR’s planned registration becomes effective with the SEC.

INCC O.S. is near 2B shares & SJR is giving INCC 2B shares for Patents they purchased

INCC sold 2 truck-side advertising patents to SJR for 2 Billion shares of restricted common stock.



So it looks like Divy coming should be approx 1 share in INCC = 1 share in SJR imo
