from what I gather they are a relatively new fund, no capital formed yet. Thinking that's where their ludlow china fund comes in....to fund investing in these indexes, my guess. Anyways, said they are a new fund but do have contacts with a number of institutions who they are speaking to about about possibly sponsoring their indexes, and buy those baskets.

I could maybe see that with their larger index, but would have to find a smaller firm to buy their small cap index as most big institutions wont buy OTC stocks, ever.
