Hey, I guess the bottom line is that on these penny stocks you are not going to get anyone to give you free PR.

Could anyone call up the list of their "small cap index" stocks.
Accredited investors only? You won't be privy.
I could set up an index list, too...doesn't mean I will be trading it!
