Market Internals still suggest down though they are not a screaming sell. Breadth is overbought; 10-day Tick is stretched to the upside (bearish); smart-money (tracking late day action) is close to a sell; money trend is falling (bearish). VIX has been falling and that’s one bullish sign. All-in-all, I am not buying this rally. What do the charts say?
