Doc - I always try to look for a positive in things and maybe the discussions with the AMEX people could be a blessing. Think about all the data of the business plan of GTE's that the European banks required for the Russian deal, it may be time to show some of this same info to the SEC, AMEX, whoever to show that GTE is for real.

One other thing....sounds like if you read the last couple sentences of what Dumas says in the news release, that he is admitting that past things (news / delays) have been suspect!
