I just read through all of their options, and pricings and I don't see a way I could navigate through all the BS charges to trade for any less than $200 bucks in commission types of charges a month..

The Robin Hood app allows commission free trades, and they just introduced robin hood instant, which eliminates clearing periods for your money. So IMO thats your best bet to do moderate day trading without fees period.
