If you want to day trade UWTI or anything else you can open an account with Suretrader.

I day trade thru them and Fidelity. Fidelity you need the 25 k. Suretrader ....500.00 and no pattern rules. They are out of Bahamas and another technical rule I can't remember that allows them not to have the rules. You also get 6 to 1 leverage on stocks above 3.00. You must call and tell them you trade pennies to lower the cost to 4.95 for 10,000 shares instead of 1,000. The fees are higher because sometimes they charge you separate fill charges. I prefer Fidelity but for those that trade smart and low on cash not a bad alternative.
