No its not for that they are in the middle of an audit. Read the financials all the way through they are getting out of this deal. Look at the story this is like a well orchestrated production imo. They needed out they have got rid of the idiots they had and now are in good hands with guys who know how to make money. This co could not afford the merger and look at the chart it has steadily declined since they announced it. SUNE will be in good shape once the audit is done and btw its over employees who are upset the stock in their 401k went down. They know what they are doing now. The after hours triggered stop losses at 1.50 some people on another board had theirs at 1.70 but support at 1.50 is where many set theirs causing a total sell off its all good I do believe
