Doing a R/S would only be good if you are not there doing to add more share and it was get the price to 50-$1.00 to get bigger investors looking at the stock. I see no reason to do that because your not in FDA test yet.

increase the A/S! I assume you mean out standing shares.
Now does that help if you do not have anyone that would be interested in those shares with out any FDA testing.

The only reason to put out more shares is if you are going to get enough money over night for funding FDA testing.

You most remember the only reason for adding the about a years or so ago was to cover the convertible notes which most where issue in 2013 and 2014.
