TCEL is a sub penny stock and with any stock there is risk. With Tcel the risk is higher but at a 0002 cent buy a 1-20 million shares should not hurt any ones pocket. high risk her big reward with a small investment IMO.

It is not my felt that some investor bought in at 50 cent or more 3 or more years ago. Yes i do think TCEL management moves at a slow pace but we also do not know all the issue over funding. Someone could be blocking in the field to protect there business or it could be the management of TCEL just does not have it altogether.

either way if the Pat is good and it can work it will happen
