If you follow my posts, you'll see that I'm fairly skeptical, having had a friend try to visit their Toronto address but find not sign of them. (I posted that info here several months ago.)
That said, I'm willing to ante a bit as lottery money, just to see what happens.
As PAIM just showed, even major scams can still be tradable if you wait for the right timing. eg: Buying PAIM after the debenture, when it became clear many people were selling shares they no longer owned.
I almost bought there, but figured it just as likely PAIM would start dumping again, so held off.
As with all penny stocks, the price is usually driven more by the emotion of the masses than the actual book value of the company.
eg: If KSWJ issues a PR stating that the patent is filed and they are in negotiations with clients, I wouldn't be surprised to see this stock spike to 0040 again overnight. Probably higher now that there are more people following it.
99.99% of all pinks are scams. Best to assume the other 0.01% are as well.
