Yet another rule that needs to be removed from the OTC. (Unsolicited Quotation)

So it appears that FINRA has brought back the "E" for deliquent filers as well. The ticker SLNN this morning earned the coveted "E" and was not an OTCBB security. Several tickers the past few weeks have earned the designation, which is good if they have brought that back. Makes it difficult to deposit newly minted shares at the brokers that were accepting them.

Of course the usual dialogue of "no big deal" is rolled out on the boards.
