The most interesting new info. for me in the video was the experts' view that most jihadists with Daesh (ISIL) are religious novices, and that the some 20% at the top of the command structure (many of Saddam's military men deprived of power in Iraq) basically use Islam as a recruiting tool. Which, of course, goes some way in support of the many Muslims who say that Daesh policies and beliefs are not in accordance with Islam.
One view which was not mentioned, and no one would expect it to be, is one we have seen before. The fact that Daesh recruiters have much in common with Christian apocalyptic zealots who also use promises of born again redemption, and hold out the importance of being in the glory of God when the end time, promised and not delivered over centuries, finally comes.
Apology for re-posting this one twice, my comment above initially gave an incorrect impression that the latter view was also voiced in the video.
